The hotel has beautifully redecorated rooms but is let down by slow service, with my reported issues taking 4 days to be fixed. Despite this, the rooms are cozy and nice, and the location is lovely. The dining experience was good, albeit with slightly slow service.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with comfortable rooms and a lovely private patio overlooking the garden suites. The service was friendly and accommodating, but there were some issues with maintenance that needed attention for improvement.
